Waist: Measure from one side of the waistband to the other.
Rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
Thigh: Measure 10 cm below the crotch, across the leg.
Knee: Measure 35 cm below the crotch, across the leg.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the ankle.
Hem: Measure across the bottom hem.
SHIRTS, SWEATERS AND POLOS
Sleeve: Measure from the armpit to the end of the sleeve, along the inside seam.
Chest: Measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist.
