DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
For countries outside Bosnia Herzegovina, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means taxes and customs duties are included, so you will not need to pay them when your package arrives.
Delivery times & confirmation
We usually ship within 24 hrs (weekdays). Delivery times may be longer during weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery times:
- Bosnia Herzegovina: 1–3 working days
- Europe and North America: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 5–7 working days
The shipping cost is displayed in your cart and in checkout. Orders are shipped with DHL to your nearest service point or a physical street address. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
